Bubble Elemental

A selfie filter creating an underwater glow scene with a motion-sensitive bubble fascinator on your head. These bubbles are inspired by a fidget/flow toy consisting of a thin stick with a ring of shiny ribbons tied loosely to the top. When you twirl the stick, the ribbons form the illusion of a dancing bubble on the end of the stick.
